Dear valued participant,
Thank you for your interest in our virtual treasure hunt, called “Chasing Treasures”, that will be running in South Africa from 19 April to 31 May 2023, in collaboration with Sandton Hotel, Sandton Spa, and Sandton Kids. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating:
- Participation in the virtual treasure hunt is open to all residents of South Africa who are 18 years of age or older.
- The virtual treasure hunt will run from 19 April to 19 June 2023. Any entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
- To participate in the virtual treasure hunt, individuals must register on the designated website and follow the instructions provided in the promotional materials.
- The virtual treasure hunt will consist of clues that will lead participants to virtual locations where treasures are hidden.
- The treasure is depicted by a golden @ symbol
- Participants will need to click on the treasure symbol to redeem their prize
- There are a limited number of prizes per day per clue
- Prizes will be awarded to participants who find and present the virtual location of the treasure found according to the rules of the virtual treasure hunt.
- Each person can win a maximum of 2 prizes per month during the promotional period.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
- The organizers reserve the right to cancel or amend the virtual treasure hunt and these terms and conditions without notice.
- The organizers’ decision in respect of all matters to do with the virtual treasure hunt will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By participating in the virtual treasure hunt, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
